Guidelines for Oral Presentations
- The time slot for an oral presentation is 30 minutes (presentation: 20 min., questions: 10 min.)
- Rooms for oral presentations will be equipped with a LCD projector and computer running Microsoft Windows and have Microsoft PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader.
- You are recommended to bring your presentation on an USB flash drive.
- The computer will have a number of IPA fonts installed, including Unicode encoded fonts (Charis SIL, Doulos SIL, Gentium) and Legacy fonts (SIL IPA93, SIL IPA 1990, IPA-SAM)
- PowerPoint is recommended for all oral presentations.
- Pre-loading of PowerPoint slides on the computers is recommended.
- In case you have doubts about your presentation being properly displayed by the available equipment, please check it as soon as possible.
