SUBMISSIONS

Types of submissions

Proposals presenting original, previously unpublished research are invited in three formats:

 oral presentation (total 30 min, 20 min presentation + 10 min discussion)
 poster presentation (approx. 1 hour)
 virtual presentation (for those not able to attend the conference in person: a PowerPoint presentation with max. 15 min of audio recording) The first author will have to register for the conference in order to be assured a place on the programme.

Instructions for submissions:

• Abstracts should be written in English.
• Authors should specify a format (oral paper, poster, virtual paper) at the time the proposal is submitted.
• Abstracts should not exceed 500 words (excluding references).
•  Authors must register first on scienceconf (https://www.sciencesconf.org/) and then log on to be able to submit an anonymous abstract. The authors' name, affiliation and email address will be automatically associated to their abstract which will be identified by title only when undergoing anonymous review.
  
  

Deadline: The EXTENDED deadline for abstract submissions is 20th January 2017

Reviewing process and proceedings:

Abstracts for paper/poster presentations will be double-blind peer-reviewed.

The author will receive an email message confirming the receipt of the abstract. Please contact us (see contacts) if you don't receive your notification e-mail after your submission.

Proceedings

The authors of papers considered by the Scientific Committee to meet high scientific standards will be invited to develop their paper for publication in a themed ISBN hard copy volume. Manuscripts will be subjected to a thorough peer-review process.
